Now that it’s officially past Memorial Day, we’re finally allowed to break out the white pants!
My wife and I had an exciting weekend as we took Kiel to his first Red Sox game—or more accurately, his first visit to Fenway Park. He only lasted four pitches before wanting to leave, but meeting Wally the Green Monster made it a memorable experience for all of us!
Here’s a snapshot of us with Wally! Also, my wife’s white pants survived the adventure unscathed!
As we move into June, let’s dive into the latest updates, hot trends and hot takes in the real estate market.

The Keystone
☕🍸 Step aside, Espresso Martini; there’s a new classic in town: the Carajillo, bold in flavor, packed with history, and just the right bit of grown-up sophistication over the overly sweet Espresso Martini.
🌍🍹 Origin and Ingredients
Out of Spain comes the Carajillo, a mix of hot espresso and Licor 43, which attains a balance of sweetness, warmth, and vanilla—something a one-dimensional Espresso Martini will never achieve.
Flavor Profile
Licor 43 and its licorice and citrus notes resonate perfectly under the added strength of espresso; the experiences are layered and nuanced, but not overpowering
Human Relationships
When you think of the Carajillo, think late Spanish bars, storytelling—maybe a kind of nostalgia for the cultural experience. All these argue for the belief that some of the good things in life are simple and shared over great drinks.
Overall, while the Espresso Martini has its place, the Carajillo has a greater attachment to culture and flavor. Ready to up your coffee cocktail game? Try the Carajillo.
